Περιγραφή
Olympic Homecoming explores two intersecting themes: Greece’s role in the Olympic movement, and the Olympic tradition in Greek national life. It spans three distinct eras, the ancient Games, the modern revival of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and the runup to Athens 2004, with a thematic narrative, spiced with detail from a colorful and controversial past and a challenging present.
